Our representative coaches play a vital role in providing players with hands-on, practical instruction across individual, specialist, and team-based coaching, designed to maximise each athlete’s development and progression through the Netball Victoria pathway.

APPLICATIONS FOR 2027 NOW OPEN
We’re always on the lookout for dedicated and passionate coaches to join our Parkville Representative Program. From 13&U Development through to Program Leads, and including Apprentice Coach opportunities, we welcome individuals eager to contribute their knowledge and grow within our coaching community.

Applications for the 2027 program are now open. We encourage all coaches to apply who are keen to bring fresh experience and enthusiasm to our panel.

Program Overview
The Parkville Netball Representative Program includes:

Weekly competition participation (All teams, new in 2027)

13&U teams will play in the Parkville Netball Thursday 15&U competition (across State Netball Centre and Riverside Tennis and Netball Centre)

15&U teams will play in the Parkville Netball Tuesday 17&U competition (State Netball Centre)
-
17&U teams will play in a competition that will best suit the needs of the team, decision TBC (travel outside of State Netball Centre may be required)

Weekly team training sessions and bonding activities

Entry into association tournaments and round robins, including the Netball Victoria Association Championships (Central West Zone) for our 13&U, 15&U, and 17&U teams.

The Parkville Netball Representative Program aims to offer the following teams in 2027:

13&U Development (entered into 13&U Reserve at Association Championships)

13&U Open (entered into 13&U Championship at Association Championships)

15&U Development (entered into 15&U Reserve at Association Championships)

15&U Open (entered into 15&U Championship at Association Championships)

17&U Development (entered into 17&U Reserve at Association Championships)

17&U Open (entered into 17&U Championship at Association Championships)

Open Age (entered into Open Association Championships)

Boys (entered into Male Association Championships)
Training Schedule
-
Day: Sundays (and some Fridays during preseason) from October 2026 to June 2027
-
Venues: State Netball Centre & Riverside Tennis and Netball Centre
-
Time: Typically between 8:30am – 10:30am (subject to court availability)

Session Duration: 2 hours
Tournaments
All teams/squads will participate in multiple association tournaments throughout the year. Travel to selected tournament venues will be required, including for the Association Championships.
